Post by: nige gtr on August 26, 2012, 09:32:40 PM
The big K has agreed a warranty claim for my GTR rear shock.Bike in this week,Tues/Weds(hopefully).Its done 3750 miles, and I have to say that the Kawasaki dealer in Lincoln has been hard work.Anybody else dealt with them,or is it just me they don,t like? answers please.

Nige they are less than helpfull, i have been waiting 6 months for some carbon fibre bits for the Ducati monster every time i call it is the same old Bull**it, ''should be here in the next couple of weeks', then tried to tell me they are sorting the better suppliers from china as the quality can vary, little did Phil know his own accessories guy told me they buy from QB Carbon in nottingham !!!.

If It is not too far to go, the Kawasaki dealer in Peterborough is said to be good, i have heard some good stuff about them.

Wheels provided me with a good service when I bought  KTM950SM - Just before they took the Kawasaki Franchise...

I agreed service was pretty damn good, but I have not been back recently.

Hmmm I need to get up ther really.

Thanks for the replies.I have dealt with Dave Saunders at Peterborough Kawasaki in the past, and always found them helpful.I,ll get the shock done, and go elsewhere. cheers.
