Well I read on here that someone fitted one to the standard stock bracket.
So whilst in a buggering about mood yesterday I took the stock rubbish horn off and fitted the stebel.
Just had to bend the stock bracket slightly so the new horn doesn't foul the mudguard on dampening.
Works great.  Wired through a relay.
Very easy to do.

Good stuff .. I understand they are a MASSIVE improvement on the standard horn .... Which is the only shite part of the Gtr ....

It is, had to put a 20amp fuse on it though, as it kept popping the 10amp and I didnt have a 15 amp.

Does anyone know what the ampage drain on these are please.

Can't give you the exact amp drain but it's not a light horn to run as on my Varadero the horn always sounded a bit weak with just the ignition on but great when the bike was running and the alternator was supplying the power rather than just the battery.

That said on the Varadero the headlights came on with ignition and knocked off when you pressed the start button, whereas on the GTR the headlights don't seem to come on until the bike starts, so it doesn't have 2x 55w headlamp bulbs sucking juice from the battery to begin with.

I always used a 30amp fused relay for mine as "I think" that's what it recommended on the fitting instructions, could be wrong though.
