It is now time for our 2012 GCE Rally, this year it is going to be staged in the Italian Dolomites, South Tyrol.
We have 7 German bikes, 6 UK, 2 US, 1 Finland, 1 Swiss, 1 Belgian, and finally 1 Netherlands.
From this year UK meet up, Dave (Chapman), Colin and their respective partners are joining us.
This is going to be one fun week, more than 2000 Kms (1250 mi) spread out over 6 riding days and then one free and easy day in Venice...but before that all of us have to get there safe and sound and it will take 2 to 3 days depending on where participants are leaving from.
I will report upon return with some pictures, maybe even during the event if WIFI is available...

We are back from the GTR Europe Club Rally in the Italian Dolomites, 2500 miles, it was a lot of fun, great rides, great food and fantastic scenery.
We started the week with 23 bikes, but as the week progressed, less and less riders were joining in, preferring to do their own things...only 2 groups of 4 bikes rode the famous Stelvio pass.
Nonetheless, everybody had fun and no casualties and no major injuries to report except for some "bruised ego" for some riders...next year the Norwegian fjords are on the menu...
