The DVD is available from a US vendor (http://www.whitehorsegear.com/twice-upon-a-caravan-dvd). I bought Fulton's book - One Man Caravan (http://www.bookdepository.co.uk/One-Man-Caravan-Robert-Edison-Fulton/9781884313059) - some years ago and it really is excellent (which reminds me that I lent it to someone and didn't get it back)
