i've aquired a new 47L top box, with a base plate, which i'll probably use when touring, are they a simple fit & are they easily removable,as i probably wont leave it on the bike all the time.
A very simple fit and easy to take off and put on as you wish.

:agree: with that  however not much point in leaving it on if there's sod all in it thou :whistling:
Tapps, leave the top off, also feel free to leave your panniers in the garage alongside the topbox. Another great way to get Lonewolf in a rage is let his tyres down. :mfr_lol:
I leave mine on all the time now as well as the panniers. I put my lid in the top box when I park up and leave the panniers for all the other odds and sods.
Asif am I authorised to ban certain elderly members...... :whistling:
:wheelchair:
What? What did I do? Why always me :mfr_lol: :whistling:
He's picking on you Geoff .... it's all because he is in a position of authority and likes to throw his weight around ...
Yes I agree Rusty, he's a bully. I should report him to the police. It's just not right picking on old folk. I'm 64 me ya know  :innocent:.
...... And of course since he gave up such a promising running career he has a bit MORE weight to throw around :mfr_lol: :mfr_lol:
Rusty, just to let you know I've got the garage all set up for your visit to Bradford. I'm sure you'll be very comfortable sleeping in there! :mfr_lol:
