Hi to all GTR owners-newbie alert. Have been riding since 2003.Previous bikes included Honda CB 500,Honda CBX 250,Kawasaki 250 ninja,Suzuki GSXR 600,Yamaha Fazer FZ1 and now a 2009 1400 GTR.Am from South Africa.Just collected the bike yesterday and am still getting to grips with the size/weight(especially at slow speeds) so need lots of practice to recalibrate the brain from the previous bikes.Excellent forum you guys have here and am sure it will be a wealth of information (just like the FZ1OA forum was)

What part of SA are you from? That's a country I wouldn't mind touring on a bike
