Does any one have the GIVI tank lock system on there bike i was looking to get one but i got this reply from GIVI:-

Apologies for the delayed response. Unfortunately we do not produce the fittings for this model in order to fit the 'tanklock' tank bags such as the T480. Apologies that we cannot meet your requirements on this occasion, hopefully in the future we can do.
but i have seen some threads from people who do have then.
ive seen gtrs with the tank lock system, the kawasaki tank ring is fairly universal on several models , mainly zzr1400 and several others, givi probably dont realise that they do actually fit the gtr , just some monkey checking a list. wait for someone else to point you in the rigt direction
I have a GIVI tanklock on my GTR, it works fine and the dedicated adaptor ring is standard listing for other Kawasaki's [three bolt]. The mount on the bag is adjustable to fore and aft to clear the handlebars and fitting is secure.
The early GTR14 with central glove box forward of the tank may need a riser ring to allow the bag to clear the glove box. I think I have seen this covered on one of the USA forums

You wll need the adaptor number 'BF04' to fit the GTR
Bags connection works fine, available at many outlets :yes: (I'm assuming we're talking about tank bags )
