Title: Cinema Films ..... Any Good ?
Post by: Rusty on June 05, 2012, 10:33:20 PM
Right then ... I have no idea if any one is interested but how about a thread on recent film releases ? I don't go as much as I would like and make no attempt to be any kind of film critic other than "That was good" or "That was shit" but having just arrived home after seeing The Avengers .. which I thought was brilliant I wondered if anyone wanted to add their thoughts.
What some chaps like is not always for everyone else but that is why we are all different !
So .. Yes, I liked The Avengers and as my son is at Uni doing VFX, Animation etc this is the first time I have ever stayed to the very end credits to see who did the animation and all the technical stuff !
Hope to see "Snow White and the Huntsmen" tomorrow before returning to work on Thursday ... any one seen it already ?

Avengers is very good, although I don't think it is worth watching in 3D as there aren't any 'wow' effects.

Probably take the kids to watch Men In Black this week. The wife went to watch Snow White and said it was very good.

I shall also attempt to escape one night and watch Prometheus.

I quite enjoyed Safe House on my way back from Californicate.
You will need to keep your brain in gear but it's also a good action romp.

Sherlock Holmes 2 put me to sleep after only 20 mins though!
