i noticed where the link pipe is joined there is a slight blow, would you bother trying to seal it,if so what with,or would you be inclined to leave it alone,i cant tighten the clamp anymore as it's already tight.
Should have left the spud launcher on mate :mfr_lol: :mfr_lol:
I dont know how you'd do it, but I would get it sealed. Might be you need to introduce a hammer

Tapps is the link pipe fully in position i.e are you sure its pushed right on ?
You may need to check this by loosening the end can straps and lower mounting bracket and make sure that the pipe is pushed right on and then re attach the straps and bracket
:agree: I used to have this prob with Smartys bandit, it would for some reason, slowly 'push' the can off the link pipe and I would have to slacken it all off and re fit it.
A lot of exhausts, including the OEM spud gun, rely on a fibre gasket that fits between the link pipe and the manifold downpipes. Did you re-use the one that came with the bike originally?
Martin.
it was initialy fitted by the dealer,i may let them have a look at it.
