well that was another great time,the ride's were two kawasaki zx10's a 600 hornet & two gtr's (in green)we only had a few mishap's,my pal bob put his glasses on the seat of his gtr whilst refueling,when we had all topped up i asked him where his glasses were,the reply was oh no,he walked back to the pump to find someone had kindly ran over them for him,they went in the bin,we loaded up the bikes getting ready for the trip back south on monday morning,my pal got a few item's from the show & they needed strapping to the rack on his gtr,my word's were get that off my bike & put it on your's,he was convinced it was on his & not mine,he blamed it on not having any glasses,last but not least,we refueled just before getting on the A1,i noticed a couple of our group pulled over,one of the zx10 rider's put his tank bag on the rear of the bike while he was getting petrol & didn't put it back on the tank,the obviouse happened & the tank bag came flying off his bike,it nearly had the guy on the hornet,i would like to thank the tesco lorry driver for pulling up & getting the tank bag back to him.overall it was a great weekend,back to reality now as i have work tonight. :shit:one observation whilst the other's were in a panic mode for petrol,we still had plenty in the GTR'S,they come into there own on a decent run,i'm well happy. :banana:
sounds like an eventful trip Tapps, I'm sure we've all had simular experiences in the past ....any pics ? us old folk like photies :wink:
