Bought a set off these from eBay (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Kawasaki-GTR1400-GTR-1400-Luggage-Pannier-Liners-bags_W0QQitemZ220522141560QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Motorcycle_Parts?hash=item335824d778).
Not the official Kawasaki ones, but a third party product. Had mine for about 4 months now and no issues.

Bin lines have always worked for me on previous bike lol, but we always took panniers off and up to rooms.
The pannier bags are ok but they are quite restrictive and can prevent you putting a helmet in the panniers if you have a bag in there but they are excellent for the usual clothes etc. Saves you having to take off the entire pannier when you get to the hotel etc.
In the past I have also just used black bin liners, they do the job just as well.
