it comes with a complete kit (minus sd cards) helmet mount, inc some Drua lock, bar mount, camera pod mount, and a clippy mount thing that'll go on a set of goggle straps, or baseball cap (supplied)

also mains charger and also the charger for running it off the bikes 12v system...which of course we have  :gunsmilie:

Is it possible to mount it on the side of a helmet with the contour mount, i.e. can you fit the camera in the mount rotated at 90 degrees? I'm not certain my helmet would work with a top mounting because of the top vent (although it might)

Also, did you order it from their web site, if so then how much did it all come to after postage and currency conversions and VAT / import duty (if you got charged any)?

Ok I paid £159.05 via pay pal, dirct from the US website. its the only option for non US... then i had to pay £16 to Parcel farce, £3 tax and £13 to PF..
There are two UK importers but they dont seem to be very good, nor do they show the new cameras. and when i brought my first one i actually paid more than if i had gone direct.

I have  found that you actually have the camera a lot further back on ya lid than you think, as when you sit on the bike you are lent forward a bit, I have a Shoei which has a vent on the top and the camera sits well behind it.
The contor mount allows the camera to be rotated, but it might not be secure on the side, depends on the shape. the camera does have a tether point on it as well sos if you are nervous you can use that.

As i said before it uses dura lock to hold it to the lid... this stuff is brill... I tested it on my old camera which is much bigger, at 160 mph on the Tuono and it stayed firm.
if you want a pic of my lid with the camera on just let me know.

I've just had a look at the site again, and they do do a suction mount and also a fast charger which uses AA batteries... which i may get later.

Cool, thanks. I've just got a Schuberth C3 and the top vent is quite large (well the plastic bit that covers it). I'm not sure how far forward I actually look, I guess I could get the wife to snap a photo of me on the bike to see.

I'm very impressed by dura lock / dual lock velcro stuff. It's what holds my Laminar Lip onto my windscreen and it doesn't budge. Just 6 small circles of the stuff too! That said, I'd probably still be tempted to tether it to something!
