Anyone heard of this?
I sold something on Ebay this week and a chap called Andrew Hadwin was the winner. I pointed him in the direction of this forum so who knows he may actually have already had a sneaky peek to see whats going on on here.
He owns a GTR and a ZZR, a rival there for 2kwacks. He's the director/owner of of Borders TT Ltd which I had never heard of, however he suggested I do a bit of Googling and found this.

Sounds like a brilliant idea dont you think?
Good luck to them I say.. although I reckon that there will be an absolute mountain of paerwork and legislation to complete
Andrew hadwin looks vaguely familiar somehow
