i've tried a couple of time's to fit it with giving up both time's,i hook the two lug's on the top of the rad, bolt it on the bottom & one of the two lug's on the top come's off the top lip on the rad,i'm not gonna get the better of me.i'm determind to get it put on.
Are you sure you've got the right rad guard?
You probably need to bend it a bit before you put it on.
After I did that mine was dead easy to fit.
yes it's fitted,i DID have to put more of a bend in it,it was no way near as curved as the radiator, this cover has two hook's which fit over the lip on the rad,& two bracket's on the bottom, one with a single bolt & the other is a bracket with two allen key bolt's securing it in place.i want to close the two on the top with a pair of plier's,i DONT WANT IT TO COME ADRIFT.

I don't think that's really necessary.
Once it is secure on the bottom it doesn't move so won't come off on top.
Please see previous thread. I had problems with (dealers) fitting my MK1 Beowulf guard so they swoped it (free) for a modified MK2 as people were having dificulty with original design
