A Polite Jacket!
Quite bright in the four seasons we encountered today.
In bright sunlight of a summer/spring day, or in the autumnal-type murk or the hailstones representing winter - You could see the wolf in all conditions!
Steve, its about time you bloody well cleaned that bike...I can see a minute speck of dirt on the fairing :mfr_lol:
That's a horrible picture of me :mfr_lol:
As for the bike being speckled with dirt, I'm afraid its worse than that it's :censored: filthy after today's ride.
Now where's my pic's of Winston? :whistling:
Mr Wolf I do hope that you are not stood in that position trying to hide the fact that your left hand pannier is absent without leave.?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!On a lighter note is that location Seaways at Fridaythorpe? :undecided:

More than they do for the real thing - Blue/Yellow/White bike included!
POLITE....as recommended by Mogs. :mfr_lol:

After the heavens opened up big style Winston dons his high viz...
I wasn't sure if Winston was wiping the seat here or praying for the sun to come out :mfr_lol:
Here's one that may or may not shock you, on the way out to Humberside to meet up with Winston, is this a record?
Must wear the hi-viz more often - Quite Slimming!
LW, did you push your bike there?
Here's my mpg
Btw, add 28500 to the mileage as the display was changed under warranty

Thats really poor.... there are gears on the bike you know, you dont have to ride everywhere in 1st!
That's more like it Asif!
I'm somewhere in between those two. After 270 miles of a bit of everything, exept motorways, mine did 52.4 on Sunday. And I am more than pleased with that

That's the difference between making good progress and a Sunday driver :mfr_lol:
But today's Wednesday. :mfr_lol:
a guy around here rides a pan all decked out as a police bike ( no blues) even wears the police gear and it says "Polite" on the back but the "T" is in the fold of his jacket. My policeman motorbike friend says they are powerless to do anything until he actually stops someone and impersonates.
Very sad but funny as f@ck at the same time

Shush :mfr_lol:
I think we sould all impersonate police officers than all them daft buggers in cars might just behave themselves :ninja:
Trust me it would make no difference!
Would it be illegal to buy one of those jackets and remove the 'T'?

And replace it with a C, .......no problems at all. Policing on the cheap, isn't that what this government is striving to achieve? :mfr_lol:
Oooh I'd love to be a Police Motorcycle cop..... I loved Chips on the telly when i was a kid.. :gunsmilie:
I am asuming that you can Taser people caught using a mobile while driving :mfr_lol:
'FFS!! officer I was only using my Mobi BUZZZZZZZZZZAAAAAAAAAAAP' ahh happy days :mfr_lol:
Chips - now you're talking! I can't recall what bikes they used, but the show was so cool. Especially the opening sequence of the two bikes on the highway. Definately showing my age now.
I have blue LEDs on my bike. Purely for visibility purposes.
Actually, my Sena SMH10 has a flashing blue LED on the side (attaches to the helmet). When I pull alongside individuals using their phones, they take a double look and just drop the phones.
Soooooooooo just asking like...... as I see in the bits and bobs thread there is a thingy for the 'WigWam' alternate flashing lights...... anyone fitted it... :innocent:

Chips was a great programme, (in its day).. a mate of mine has a ginormouse screen on his KLV as a result we take the pi** outa him cos it looks like a chips screen.. :mfr_lol:
I'm fairly sure they were Z1000s
Nice jacket Mr Wolf .... very brave of you to go out and get the bike wet ! It's pouring down here in Sussex at the moment ... hosepipe ban AND they have just been round to fit a water meter !
Anyway ... I trust that spek of dust has been removed from your bike  ??
I regret the day I ever had a water meter fitted in the house. Is there such a thing as being mis sold a water meter. :mfr_lol:
I digress.....yesterday was a mixed bag of rain, mild rain, heavy rain, pissining it down and two minutes of sunshine. Was hailing so hard at one point I couldn't see properly through the visor and if I lifted the visor it was stinging my face like being stung by a swarm of bees. (Possibly).
I bought a Hozelock spray thingy this morning from Halfords, £25 filled it with Mucoff and it worked a treat.

You were home long before I was!! :scooter:
