Well ... nothing to do with bikes and I know we all have different commitments on our days off but we have just comer back from a 3 hr doggy walk with friends and how very nice it was too !
Nothing too drastic .... a few fields to get us warmed up ...

Which of course led us to a few muddy patches, where last nights rain collected and hasn't dried off .... This is Alfie ( not mine ! ) who is drawn to all things mucky !! I think my friends will ignore the hosepipe ban when they get home and try to clean this lot off !

Had lunch with friends (not up to walking so thank the Lord for the ball launcher) at a pub on the B3100 on edge of Guilford.
