To be fair I called them yesterday morning and had a very civil chat with their Kawasaki Sales manager. I explained that I was disappointed with regards to nobody calling me back and therefore I had taken my business elsewhere. They were very understanding and apologetic, you could go as far as to say they were even disappointed. Whilst they stated that as a business they were doing very well in the current climate they also quite rightly stated that they were not in the habit of turning business away. There were no hard feelings or ill words between us, just a bit of polite feedback.

I spoke to a dealer this morning who could not provide the info I required then and there so said " I'll call you back later.....or maybe you call me back"  This I agreed to do because when they forget, which they do, I bleed from the eyes and want to  :gun_bandana:

It passes over.  So....is that the time!!!!  I must phone the dealer back now!  (would not want to piss him off!)

well at least you've had the chance to chat with them.

I still cannot understand why dealers fail to contact/follow up customer enquiries... its nothing other than basic salesmanship.
