Dear UK riders,
Once a year, the GCE, GTR Club Europe, is hosting what we called Tour de Twist, the point is to get routes with as many hairpins, lacing through hills and moutains in a scenic environment.
This year, I am in charge of the TDT 2012 organization, and we have decided to open it up to non-GCE members. It is a great opportunity to meet riders from all over Europe sharing the same bike (mostly) and the same passion.
We have had 8 rooms set aside for non GCE members out of 20, but hotel gave us a deadline way too short and early, 31st of Jan.
If some of you guys are interested in participation find all info on our site specially created for the event, and after filling registration info, get in touch with hotel ASAP to snatch the last rooms, if any are still available.
Dates are for 3 nights, 17 to 20 of May, single room or double room.

There's plenty on here that want to do a European trip so this might be ideal.
it looks superb, but alas, a tour of Cornwall in June and a foray to Northern France in September is already arranged...so no can do

How much for ferry and hotel please?
Hotel prices are on the site but it is 79 Euros per person for a double room and 109 Euros if single, it includes Breakfast buffet and 4 course dinner, drinks and tourism tax are additional, ferry you have to organize and book on your own.
We got 3 bookings today and have only 5 rooms left.
Love to come but on a ride out myself those dates.
I did try to join the club but the link just goes to a website selling...websites! lol
Update: There are only 2 rooms left.
Hotel is holding them for us until Feb 29th, as the Mountain Bike World cup takes place in the same town on that week end, rooms are very scarse.
So if any of you are interested, make up your mind...
