Can anyone reccommend a place in the uk to buy the seat as dealer in northern ireland is looking for 418 sterling for seat ,have seen it on ebay for 397 but they dont ship to ireland.
Dont waste your money. If it's a lower seat you need just get it re-shaped and styled. Less than £100.
seat i got with bike was reshaped and gel inserts but dont htink it was done right as it pushes you towards the tank and to be honest dont know if it is much lower, but reason for buying seat was lower and comfort
try d&k at stoke. http://www.dkmotorcycles.co.uk/?section=contact_use bought mine from there, next day delivery and manage to get it posted free! but you will not get the genuine kawasaki gell seat new for under £400 posted, d&k may do it for that price posted to you ;) have seen them sell on ebay from approx £200 but they only appear every blue moon.
I found the gel seat on the GTR to be uncomfortable. It might be an idea to see if you can try one before spending that kind of money.
