  cant believe the bloody things leaking AGAIN 😡😩 new seal cleaned hole and even put on high temp sealant for good measure. Its an awful design flaw. Anyone got any sure ideas. Im thinking of an oversized seal next time. Ruddy infuriating 😡😡

Was just thinking,having been to japan and knowing how anal they are about everything having to be right,how is it there are so many design flaws on our bikes.
The tyre valve cant be accessed without 90degree adapters,the cam position sensor o rings being too small and leaking on to the headers, the rust prone rear of the tank, the brake discs being made out of chocolate and warping, the ignition switch sticking cos its spring is too small/weak, the windscreen mechanism bracket snapping cos its too thin, the shock adjuster seizing up in no time,condensation inside the clocks,the ever increasing cost of bananas its amazing they still sell.
Yet ironically id never be without mine. How weird is that? 

Well its icy out now n my nose has snot icicles as guests but am i still riding? Of course i am cos my blood is made of antifreeze and my ar.e is made of cold steel n if the road is rideable then im riding it its ow its done dan saff lol. Are there anyone else out on their hoss just for the hell of it or is it just me being stupid and at the same time very heroic 😀

Anyone else think there arent enough varied colours for our bikes. I think they could av given more options. May help their sales world wide maybe ? Just a thought🤔🤔

My cb1300 on our way to germany. Was a nice ride and this baby didnt murmur. Went to cologne for a few days blimey never seen a cathedral like it bloody huge and amazing building.

Before that i took my wmb1100 to france n belgium solid as a rock even after my boy dropped it in the hotel carpark lol. Bit scratched but not worth ruining the trip for by scalding him lol.

So the triumph trophy do we have any opinions at all. I actually like it as it happens and im amazed wmb didnt pipe up because it is very alike the 1200 rt me thinks.
I know triumph have been improving over the years and their triple engine seems to be reliable so it would be a contender if i did decide to downgrade from my gtr lol.

Saw this n wondered if it was fake. Would you really chance getting your knee down on our bikes? Id be terrified of the sound of money being left all over the road if you hit oil and i did drop a cg125 many years ago because of a deisel spill on a roundabout in hertfordshire. I was courier riding and one second im leaning round the roundabout and the next im looking at a mondeo grill. The driver of which got out to check me then found the streak of deisel. Been nervous of damp weather ever since. I think the lorry drivers fill up to the filler neck which gives no room for turning sharp and the fuel comes out the air hole. I mean what driver is ever gonna use his entire tank anyway. Most smart drivers never go below quarter tank anyway or they drag all the crap from the tank up. 

Or maybe im just gettin old 😩

Guys has anyone else been having problems logging on via google. I cant now do it via google because it just keeps coming up with tappatalk web page half loading. So now i have to use bing search engine and it loads ok. Actually it loads tapatalk first then i back track load again and it works straight to forum sign in page. Is it just me. Ive checked my settings and theyre fine. Anyone else having same problem? 🤔🤔🤔

Well i finally got tired of not hearing myself think cos of my aftermarket noisy can. A pal of mine had his original potato gun on ebay n not able to sell it so i grabbed it off him and put it on tday. Oh the quiet bliss. More importantly is the fact that it runs so much more smoothly and throttle control is noticeably improved. On the downside its not as quick but you know what,im old😒 So my racing days are over anyway. Cant believe how smooth it is now and best of all i can hear my music now 😃😃👍

Guys does anyone know for sure the size of the well nuts that hold the screws for the fairing. I have a couple that wont bite anymore so need changing 🤔🤔🤔

So decided my seven year old jacket n waterproofs were due a change (think i got every ounce of my monies worth out of em) and decided to go the richa route. By the way is it ricka or ritcha in sound not sure. Anyway its been raining dan saff a bit lately so went for a nice ride in the rain n they were spot on. No wet anywhere n very warm concidering. Does anyone else use richa gear and howd you find it? O got some held arctic gloves too n very warm but stiff so hard to feel grips at mo. Theyll break in i guess 😀🏍🏍

  Just a couple of pics now all the work needed has been done. Gave her a wash n polish n came up a treat n now i even remember the gold wheels lol. 

  gave the old girl a 150 mile test ride yesterday. She didnt murmur just hummed like a bee. V happy. Gave her the late night carriageway treatment at just on seventy mph of course🙄 And threw her round the twistys too. Tell you what those pilot 4gt tyres are awesome. Stuck to the roads like some heavily tanned mucky stuff to a blanket 😀👍 and no sqeaks rattles or whines either. Sound bike and mearly 57k on her pretty a..e  did hear of an aussie guy who put 300,000km on his.  wow on one tank lol just kidding but the 300k is genuine. A real testament to the bike eh. Just under 4200 gallons of goer juice to do it. That would fill up a few lighters 😋

Puzzled as to why such a flagship bike for kwaki would not come standard with a helmet lock. Seems to me it should be standard on all bikes as ur lid is always gonna be there. Does anyone know of a good after market one that fits the bike 👍😃

Hi guys n gal. Does anyone think a difference of 0.0005 of an inch between valve shims will make any noticeable difference to the engine running. I personally dont think so but would value your oppinions anyway. Its just how the shim sizes have worked out. I have no inlets to do. Theyre all in spec and seven exhaust are out on 0.007 of an inch with actually one being 0.0065. When i reshim it brings them all around 0.008 with one at 0.0085. Do u think that odd one at 0.0085 will make a jot of difference ? 🤔🤔🤔

Well i was bored tday n spotted online the panels that cover the secondry flies. They sit under fuel tank. Well my bike suddenly screamed out to me to take the flies out so i said dont worry my pet im on my wal lol.it didnt take long to get em out n bolt her back up. The difference is amazing. I had that low end flat spot but now so much better n maybe its my imagination but it seems throatier too. Happy chappy now 

So guys with a tappet adjusment looming and doing it myself (no trust in clock watchin dealer mechanics), would it be alround easier to take out rad and lower engine for easier access. Just a thought as im gonna be stripping half the bike to bits anyway.  Any thoughts from o wise ones 🤔🤔🤔

Hi guys n gal. Update on my balancer shafts readjustment. Im surprised to find that this time i did it with bike hot after a ride n hey presto my engine rattle has gone. Can only think that gears were chattering too close to each other but whatever it was im very happy. So the main lesson is always adjust them with a warm bike. 👍👍😀 hope this helps out.
