Should the hazard lights work when the ignition is off ie as in a breakdown? Seems a ridiculous question but mine don't.
Is there a way or are mine faulty?

Anyone have any info on where I can find straight swap pegs, Mrs Bluesman has complained they are a little too narrow and should be rubber topped. I suspect she may not be the first. Why didn't Kawasaki fit decent pegs to a long distance bike?

The rear TPM has stopped showing pressure, can you change the batteries in them? Do they need to be paired after?

While working on my GTR just happened to notice what I thought was a hair on the left hand stay, it was a crack that was not far off right the way through. No idea how this has happened, the bike has never been down in the six years I've owned it. Possibly some form of stress fracture. I've attached some picture evidence. Thought it was worth notifying everyone on here.

I'm about to start the valve clearance job on my GTR, what are the parts I definitely need to order? I'll change the spark plugs as well. The bike is an 07 and has done 25,556 miles. I believe the check should be carried out at 26000mls.

I've notice the 1400 is sometimes very sensitive to getting back on the throttle, quite snatchy, is it mine or "they all do that"?

Any suggestions as to which LED headlight bulb is the best to go for? 

Which are the best value crash bars, some appear a bit of a job to fix, which I don't mind, unless there are some out there that aren't , also, do you need pannier guards as well?

New to touring bikes, collecting my 1400 soon, it has the panniers, which I think are standard, but no top box, I just typed top box into search!! It's a popular topic, to save me scrolling through all that info, is there a favorite box, do any fasten straight to the rack, are any not silly money?

Just joined up today, just bought my first touring bike, will be collecting a mint, well I think so, 2007 GTR1400 ABS (17,500 miles) in a few days. My wife decided she wanted to get back on the pillion after having our 2 boys 30 years ago. She refuses to get on my TL1000R pride and joy. I had a look about, not knowing anything of touring bikes, the 1400 just looked the perfect bike. My brother lives in southern France we normally drive down, the next trip, this August, is on the 1400.
Anyway that is enough chatter, just thought I'd say hello.
