Can't log in on old username

I've had to create a new username.
I am GLA55Y but forgot my password. I've asked for an email to reset it but none appears.

Please let me know if it's possible to go back to my old username?

Same thing happened to me.  Gave up waiting for reset email and set up a new profile on another email address

It's a joke. Shame as the site is full of really good info.
It looks to me like the site is dying.
