I downloaded a new update for the HD GoPro this morning, & seeing as how the weather was on the up I went for a short rideout to Malham, in North Yorkshire. I had the camera in place but it would appear that I didn't record in HD just normal quality, its still not that bad however and gives you an idea of the location for those who have never been, or for those who have never heard of it. :)

The music is terrible, yes I know :-[ its one of the many music tracks that came with the program and they are all as bad as the one I have used, I didn't have time to dig out a a music CD.

Anyway click on the link and see what you think.....    Video of Malham

And a few photographs as well just to finish off. Sorry about the photo of my ugly mush, I was trying to be creative and take a photo of myself, rather unsucessfully ::)

This is a photo of a property on the A65 outside Skipton which the owners obviously take a lot of pride in. I've passed it many times before but I took this photo a few weeks ago.

My machine.

A very tame sheep.

And saved the best for last ;D

Lol at the last two pics  :D Good to put a name to a face.

I love Malham, ever since we went there on a school trip. Like you Lonewolf, I have a tendency to ride there often, but I tend to park up, change clothing and walk around. there's plenty of bendy roads but they aren't the type for going fast on.

Doesn't your missus say anything? Scuppering of on a weekday like that!

I have an extremely understanding wife, she goes to work I go out to play.  ;D

No I'm joking obviously, we both work full time but I get a fair bit of time off work which suits me fine. Gives me a chance to get out on the bike. I can get to Malham in under an hour and its easy to get to Settle from there on some of the back roads so its a decent route rather than sticking to the A65.

Have to agree though, good roads but not the type to get over confident on and lose a grip of your speed, too many blind corners, pedestrians etc.
