Hi guys,

i need to replace the front discs and pads on a 2007 gtr and i got a quote for a 4RIDE set. Has anyone used these discs and pads? If they are junk, I would rather add more money for something better?
Thank you very much for your help!

I've never heard of them.
I've always used EBC-HH or SBS-HH pads.

Not heard of them either.  I replaced the warped OEM ones with a set of Arashi discs and used SBS pads.  Improved the stopping power appreciably .  I know they are Chinese, but the worked well, did't fade and didn't warp

I've read a lot of good things about Arashi discs, but I've never heard of "4RIDE", that's why I asked for help  :punk:

It's brakes!
Don't mess about. Fit Brembo's.
They are loose on the bobbins and therefore don't warp.
You can also fit DP Titanium X Race pads. Much higher friction coefficient than hh pads and gentle on discs with a very quick bed in.
Very progressive feel with loads of stopping power.

I replaced front rotors twice in miles 30k with genuine parts and finally changes to Brembo rotors and pads they have been brilliant The main problem I experienced was vibration which I thought was warping through heavy braking I now think it possible that the union on the floating disc may have become clogged with brake dust etc preventing the floating element functioning correctly

The problem with the original discs is that you have to clean out the bobbins between disc and carrier and spin the bobbins EVERY service. It's in the service schedule but no Kawasaki dealer ever does it so they lock solid and warp the discs.
