Cooling fan relay

Hi. I'm  new obviously.
I own a 1400 gtr 2008 which has never given me a problem in the 5 years I've  been riding it but the other day while out riding the cooling fans stopped working. First thing ,fuse  its ok, then went through ,the best I could, all the wiring but nothing. In the end I bought a bypass kit on ebay. This is the problem. I'm not sure where the relays are for the fan. Can anyone help please?

The fan relay is in the relay box under the seat just behind the tool tray.
If you look in the service manual there is a circuit diagram and procedure for testing the fans. If you don't have the manual, send me a PM with your email address.
