So with the new road 5 gt out what do people think, or stay with gt 2 a spec  ,anyone gone for the 55 profile

I've had a set fitted to my BMW K1300GT for the last couple of hundred miles and, except for initial high cost, can't fault them.

Changing from standard spec may create problems with your insurance if you need to make a claim. You wont know until the claim is rejected.

I don't have the gt tire but I have been running a 155 rear tire for several years. There is not a huge difference but it is noticeable.
