Bought myself a new bike just before we went to Europe, 2,300 miles while we were away, I am very impressed with it so far.

Lonewolf

Well clearly its too brightly coloured for some members, but I think it looks great.

Panniers look rather small.

Looks can be deceiving. Are they the same size as Charlie's?

PRD

I do not know I have not seen them.

I heard you had had a test ride.

PRD

But no panniers on it when I rode it. Also recently rode BMW 1250gs and RS!

32 litres a side, and I have a 57 litre top box, it gives more than enough space for myself and the wife for 2 weeks away, including her taking hair straighteners and many other items that never get used but are there just in case. In the tradition of some 30 years touring the continent and beyond I get one pannier, the wife gets the rest with the exception of our waterproofs are in the top box.

Robbie, Mr awkward is just being argumentative and trying to provoke confrontation, a bit like a child would be if they weren't allowed to play out. The bike looks stunning.  :punk:

Like the cat licking its own bottom says,  it's all a matter of taste. Seriously,  if you like it,  why care what anyone else thinks.

Health to enjoy it.
