Afternoon, just picked up my first gtr and have to say it's a beast and love it from the first ride. I had an 89 gtr before and have an fjr also.
A couple of things I need help with firstly being my tyre pressures are not working. It's a 58 plate and have read that it maybe as simple as to change the batteries on the sensors???
The other thing is the rear brake seems to have lots of play in the pedal. It's fsh and has had new pads just fitted so maybe a case of bedding them in or something else???
Thanks in advance Steve

Welcome.
Tyre sensors. Are you getting a warning on the dash display, saying 'low tire battery' or is the display blank ?
If the batteries are low, then they need changing. They can be done by removing the tyre, removing and opening the sensor and soldering new batteries into the sensor.
If the display is blank, then the batteries could be totally flat, OR the sensors have been removed. If the latter it will be quite expensive as they will need coding to your bike once you have paid for them.
Rear brake. Could be the pad bedding in, or you can adjust the rear brake pedal to suit your foot position.
Use the search function at the top right of your page to find out more about TPS, it's been a subject a number of times.

If the sensors are there you need one CR2032 per sensor.
Get the ones with 2 tabs riveted on that point in the same direction.
I did mine (07 plate) about 3 years ago and was easy one ya get them off the bike.
