Anyone tried droping the forks through the yokes to get better turn jn I

Boomer

I've never had a problem with turn in except with the BT021s.
The 55 rear tyre does marginally improve the handling.

 :agree:
I took the standard BT 021's off after 400 miles, poor grip in the wet and too round a profile not helping steering or turn in. Changed to Michelin Pilot Power 3's with a 55 profile rear and it transformed the bike.

Same here. Changed to Michelins and never had an issue.

Michelins are such a good tyre ... both bike and car

The bt21's it came with were difficult to turn in. Changed for michelin 5's all better now. The tyre shop told me after 7500miles the original front had worn to a very strange shape, still had plenty of tread. I was thinking of using it on another bike but binned it.
when all else fails read the manual
