A long time ago, May 2011 I went on a bit of an excursion to Lincoln and the surrounding villages on the GTR, cracking day out and some stunning routes.

Well I decided to do it all over again. Tuesday 5th July 2011 a mate from work on his Yamaha TDM900 who had just returned from an epic 4600+ mile journey to Moscow and I returned to Lincolnshire for a bit of a cruise around.

Unfortunately he doesn't like stopping as often as I do so consequently I dont have many photos but suffice to say if you get an opportunity to visit this part of the country you will not be disappointed if you like smooth, fast, long sweeping bends, quaint villages, and beautiful scenery.  ;D

We had some lunch at http://www.willinghamwoods.com/index.php and I took a few pics here.

My beast.

Something a bit different.

Something very different.

Moscow is a long way to go and not worth it - very depressing place

Never saw any of the locals smile in 3 weeks although the touristy bits are interesting
