Hi, :clap: just ordered a GTR 1400 in Slate Blue, collect it 1st September. I've owned various bikes over the years ZZR 1400 being one of my favourites but I now prefer the more sat up riding position for touring.

Trading a BMW in for the GTR :innocent:

I currently own a S1000XR Sport SE, just come back from a fortnight in Europe and although the bike performed very well, luggage and seating space just is not great for two on a two week tour.

Welcome along, there's plenty help and more than a little p*ss taking on here as you no doubt realise.

Interesting what you say about the touring capabilities of the S1000XR Sport SE and its lack of comfort, I undestood that it was a very comfy bike solo or two up...I haven't tried it myself tho'
