The GTR is the "blackboard bike" on the Tour is yellow as LCL ( a French Bank) LCL is the official partner of the Yellow jersey for the Tour de France.

The blackboard bike informs riders of the gap between breakaway riders and the main bunch.

On the recent 2011 Criterium du Dauphiné cycle race, the pillion doing was the blackboard job was a rather cute girl in a yellow jump suit!

There will be a bigger collection in three weeks. I was speaking to staff at RIDE magazine last Friday and have just emailed them today as they requested some more info. Hopefully they will agree to running a feature on the event, they sounded interested.
