O.C.

I've used Givi 'plates' over a number of years on GTRs and other makes, they have always been great quality and very robust

Haven't actually fitted that specific one, although I've no doubts that it will exceed your expectations

It's a lot cheaper than Phil's Farkels equivalent.
And probably cheaper than what Barracuda is hoping to produce.

That looks pretty darn good to me; uses the existing mounting holes.

I didn't know you could even get one!

I bought a generic monokey plate and it's mounted on the original Kawasaki plate. Because of the design, I could only get 3 of the mounting bolts/clips to fit. It's sturdy, but (a) doesn't look very good and (b) tends to bounce and flex as the top box is sat on 2 plastic mounting plates.

Don't suppose you have a part number/URL for that plate?

Cheers

I took my kawasaki plate off and made a plate from 3mm aluminium then fitted a givi plate to it,no movement and cost £8
I have bought a 1400gtr so I can open the throttle and spin the world

I've just fitted one to my 2013 bike.  The part number only shows as an accessory for the 2016 bikes, but obviously if fits all modles.
Got it today from Bournemouth Kawasaki and a good discount as well  Fits easy enough amd much more sturdier than the original plate with a Givi Monokey plate screwed to that

Pleased with the result

I just had a look at my new GTR today for the first time, comes with this plate, looked pretty solid, I'll be able to confirm that Saturday hopefully.
