Driving home from a day out at the coast yesterday and whilst sitting in traffic (I was in the car with family) a bike filtered past.
I didn't notice what bike it was but I have a good idea by its registration number -
K1600 J
The J was below the K1600.
Must say it was pretty cool.
It made me wonder if any GTR owners, being the proud chaps that you are, have a nice personalised number plate and thought it would be an idea to find out.

I bought K14RGH back in 2006/7 (RGH are my initials)  it currently sits on my GTR

I wondered if the 51 was your age :mfr_lol: :mfr_lol: :whistling:

And I wondered if I could make you go crossed eyed, if I kicked you in the balls.  :whistling:  :mfr_lol:

Still reckon it's cheaper to change my name by de-poll than buy a personal reg from DVLA!
Mines LM08 VFB - Could become Liam instead of Richard    :undecided:
.................VFB - gotta be Very Fast Bike / Biker / Bro' (if only!  :embarrassed: still to peg her flat out!)
Could be a good bit of sport this........whats you number-plate name!
Patience is something you admire in the driver behind you and scorn in the one ahead.

I couldn't afford a personalised plate, so changed my name by deed-poll to FG62 YFX.

(I didn't really.)

Cheers

I don't know what others paid, but mine cost me £175.00 transfered onto the bike when I bought it, its probably worth more than that now.

The expensive part is putting it on retention .....I guess the DVLA has to make a bit of profit somehow.   :mfr_lol:
