Guys n gals just a word of warning  if your transponder warning message comes up on screen then check if ur mobile phone is next to or very close to it because no matter what some have said I promise you the phone does affect the signal and can be confusing the ECU.  Worth a remember

i had the same problem when i was away for a few day's on the bike,i now make sure the mobile phone & transponder are in different pocket's,at the time the display/red light were going bonkers,as soon as i moved my mobile phone it went back to normal.i notified the main dealer about it & it was the 1st time they have heard of it.

I haven't had any issues with mine (that I'm aware of),  but I keep it in the top case.

That's good to know, I've just got a new phone and it won't fit in the phone pocket on my jacket so its been going in the 'fob' pocket, I'll find another place for the fob.
