Footboards

To make it a bit more comfortable for the wife, I am thinking of fitting a pair of small footboards in place of the standard rear pegs. Has anyone here done this mod? If so which boards did you use and where from?

I tried but gave up as the damned things kept catching my heels.
With the panniers fitted and my size 15s in front, there's not much room on the 1400.
Have a set I made for the 1000 and she loves those.
I just modified some GTR1000 pillion pegs and bolted some checkerplate to them.
Not pretty, but comfy for Ella.
