Does anybody on here use them ? and if so are they better than bungees ?

pross

I use them never had a problem they don't stretch as much as bungee but they have a loop one end and a clip the other I think they come in different lengths so you may need too see what's best for you  carried a pack of 24 Stella's  with two straps no problem  :whistling:

A lot better than bungees, as not as stretchy, so hold better and if you get the right ones are adjustable.
I bought a box full to sell to my local Blood Bikes and nearly all gone and no complaints.
Get the bike specific ones though.

Have just got some, to fasten down a roll bag and am impressed with them, not cheap but a lot better to use than bungee take your eye out hooks ,

I use them all the time to strap blood boxes to bike and have also strapped a case of booze to the bike. Never had a problem and much more secure that bungees

Bit off topic but have a look at you tube clip. "North West Blood Bikes, Lancs & Lakes" meets Devon Freewheelers. Sorry but no idea how to put link on, but you might be interested.

Thank you Jim. Being an oldie the only thing I'm good at with computers is buying rubbish on ebay when I come back from the pub.

Oh, that's no excuse.  I'm old as well and I like the regular infusions of alcohol.  I do my best  work when I'm drinking at home.  :mfr_lol:  Course it does help some to be in an IT roll currently.  Why I can remember when it was a very big deal to get a TI calculator in high school back in the 70's.  Never mastered it though..  Even had to use a slide ruler for awhile.  I still have it.  Don't have a clue on how to use it anymore.

Bought mine on ebay some time ago. There were several suppliers on there. I also believe that camping stores sell them.
Hope that helps.

I swear by them. Did over 3000 miles offloading around Morocco and not once did a strap come loose.
