Just don't forget its a sports tourer, designed to be ridden all day with a added benefit of having the power when needed.   Pretty much the best of both worlds in moderation.

Late to this thread .. Welcome 1st of all !  I like the picture of you and Mrs S ... Honda CB1300 behind you ?? Had mine for a couple of years and loved it but just could not commute through the winter on an unpaired bike !!

Normally quality is favoured over quantity, but it seems that in Charlies case you get both quantity and quality
