George Gently

Any of you watch that series?  My wife and I have been watching it over here for several years now.  One of the best detective crime shows we've seen.  Cinematography, as most Uk shows, go, puts the American shows to shame.  We just finished watching 'Breathe in the Air'.   Both of us were in  .  Me especially.   And, Charlie, I wasn't even drinking.   Well, maybe just a sip or so..

Everybody knows that the best detective show ever produced was Ironside....get a grip with your George Gently.

I never liked him.  He just didn't get around as well as some of the others.

We love both of those series as well.  Morse is good, as well as the precursor Endeavour.

It's only a matter of time before some dimwit mentions Cagney & Lacey!
