Clean the fans?  Dirt on the blades or the bearings gummed up?  Can't say I've heard of that one over on the US side.

its the fan bearings - not the blades!

just make the fan blades all nice and shiney - that'll sort your problem!  ;-)

Or you can buy some aftermarket fans - Muzzys I think
