Bagster Tank Protector Wanted in Black

Looking for a Bagster tank protector in Black for the beast. The cheapest I can find is £93 from Germany so postage will push it up to around £105,same as buying in UK. Does any have one they want to sell or know of any discounts on offer anywhere ?

Part Number is 1590U for the black version.

don't do it, they fit terrible, as the gtr tank is flush with the fairing panels the protector just does not fit correct and looks awful . Quite a few on here have purchased and then sold them on.

use some of the clear venture film to protect your tank or even the side tank pads and then get one of the tank bags that connects to your fuel filler by ways of a locking ring, it then sits above the paintwork minimising any possible paint damage

ebay at the moment for £69, only for 2010 obviously

Thanks, seen that on ebay, but its not black. Its lead, which I think is like a silvery grey. Seen the locking rings and Givi bags that look good,but look a bit small. I had a tank bag on my bandit and bought a bagster bag and got my laptop in it and bits and bobs for my daiy commute, so as looking for the same set up for the GTR, given that I already have the bag.

    Hi,
      BAGSTER dont look right on the GTR1400,To protect paintwork the Venture shield is brill,top score to the previous owner who covered my GTRs sticky out bits.i honestly believe the only bike that suits the Bagster is the Blackbird!!

I had one on a Bandit for 3 years and it looked great. When I came to sell it last year, the tank still looked brand new so it did a good job and looked the part, and allowed me to fit a bag safely to the tank.

I have a black Bagster 2007-2010 with original Bagster "bag" we well....

Thanks, but I have the bag, just looking for the tank cover.
Is yours in  Black and in good condition.
Also is it same size as 2013 model ?
How much do you want for it ?

Only selling "complete" and yes, it's black and in good condition.
I'm not sure if this fits every model/year.... anyone? Is there any
difference on how tankdesign is??

Thanks, ill pass then, as only looking for the Tank Bag. If I cant get one in good condition at a good price, ill get a new one.
