No....its a BMW K1600 GT SE and I'm picking it up tomorrow.
Looking forward, although a teeny bit anxious about riding it home on the 3 hour ride tomorrow, hopefully it'll be dry (ish). The dealer was chatting this morning about how to set the radio etc, etc, and I replied they'll be no radio, as long as I know how to start it and unlock the petrol filler cap that'll do for starters.  :mfr_lol:

I've a feeling I'm going to have my head stuck in user manuals and operating manuals for the near future whilst I tinker with the toys. Hopefully I'll also get the opportunity to get some short rides in before the Council start gritting.

Little bit of a fib there Stevie my boy....that's a stock photo from the USofA  :mfr_lol:

Mr Winston, I cant afford to eat because you keep telling me to buy various accessories and now you're having a pop because I've used a really good photo I found on a forum you recommended, I just cant win!  :mfr_lol:

I didn't actually say it was the actual bike I was picking up just that I was picking up a K1600 and then showed a photo of a K1600.  :whistling:

Its good to be different Steve, I'm sure you will enjoy your new bike

You mention a 3 hour ride home, so which part of the country have you bought it from ? or are you taking a very long 'round the houses' route back from Shipley
