Hi new owner here in Oz.
I have just bought a 2014 new GTR and I am in the process of making a few changes before I register it.
1) Having it resprayed white - Question, the white UK Emergency services bikes any idea what the paint code is?
2) Right handlebar switchblock - Question, anyone know where I can purchase the police switch block and
3) Single seat and rear pod - Have only found Sargent seats do the single seat and rear pod. The pod is quite small similar to a corbin smuggler. Question - Anyone know of someone who does a larger pod, and finally,
4) I'm looking for rear pictures of an Emergency services bike to work out how to mount a rear pole light and aerial - any photos would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Adrian.

Hi.

The GTRs used by the UK Police are mainly darker colours.  But get almost completely covered in the fluorescent/reflective tape panels.

The Police have gradually moved away from the base white over the years.  Some of the older BMWs and Hondas are still white but the MET Police have used Red, Blue and Silver over the years.

The current GTRs in South Wales and Gwent Police are Black with the extensive tape covering.

I think the name of the BMW white was Iceberg White.

I can't remember the name of the company in the UK that does the fitting for the switchgear and light poles for most of the UK forces but it begins with W.  Waddigntons or Worthingtons or something like that but I'm sure someone will be along here shortly to give the correct name.

They will do 'public' bikes as well as the services.

What's their name??.........
