You can buy them from  PVL www.vehiclechevrons.com but are expensive.
I didn't want a lot but I was still quoted £180 plus £12 delivery



So this is what I did...

I bought a 610mm x 1mtr sheet of Nikkalite Crystal Grade Flexible 92844 Fluo Yellow/Green Reflective  from www.victorydesign.co.uk/_/nikkalite-crystal-grade and cut them myself.. I made templates from cereal boxes to get the shape I wanted before cutting them out. It is the same quality as they use on the South Wales  vehicles 

With postage it was about £40.

I still need to get some chevrons for the rear of the panniers... Looking at this..
