We're all waiting now for Asif to put his video on.

Doesn't anyone indicate anymore ?, or is that now considered dangerous when overtaking  :surrender:

Only if someone is going to benefit.

The car driver either hasn't seen you, or is expecting you to pass. 'Oncoming' should be far enough away to not be inconvenienced. That just leaves 'following' and then you have to watch out that they don't interpret your indicator as "I'm going" leaving you no option to abort if required. So for me, no I hardly ever indicate for an overtake except for dual c/w.

The only time I indicate to 'come in' is if I've been riding in lane 2 or 3 of a multilane road (dual/motorway) for sometime.

I could get fibre but too expensive at the moment. Currenty have 9mb down and 1.2mb up. Its adequate.

Good stuff Guys, now then, what about the GTR meet here for next year ????, this is only a taster of whats in Derbyshire.

Guys did you come down the Holme moss.
get a grip and deal with it

Lonewolf

Zed, I've not heard of Holme Moss, the day after the ride I had to ask Asif to remind me where we'd been and he told me it was Snake Pass, I've only been on it half a dozen times before so it's easy to forget the name of the place.  :whistling:

Its a real treat to go on it, just like an alpine pass, the tour de france will be there this year. Its just outside Holmefirth ( last of the summer wine country ).

get a grip and deal with it
