Suspension setup.

Can someone tell me ( in simple terms) what I should set the bike up for,
A, rider approx 14 stone in kit.

B, Two up, rider same, passenger 10 stone in kit.

They did my Pan ST1300, very good 
Like to know what they charge for the GTR, what are you having done?

  Alpha suspension services ,he is at Morley near Leeds ,knows what he's on about and was very reasonable priced, did my zzr12 ,  some times mick grant is at Cadwell park on track days and he will check over and set up your bike ,charges about £25 .
