Nah, looks like OC has removed the bottom bolt for the right side hugger bracket and then tilted the hugger upwards.
I'll try that next time and see if that gives me enough room.
His hugger looked identical to mine.

Finally got around to fitting the Pyramid Plastics hugger and fenda extenda today. The nut on the right had side of the hugger is a bit close to the tyre but I'll keep my eye on it.
