Wiring idea, help needed?

I still frequent the ZGGTR and COG lists but less frequently due to lack of time.

Didn't know that the 550 is 12v.
In that case all he needs is a quick connector that seals and he can hardwire it to the accessory leads directly.

Hi All,
Well I managed to wire it all together, not had a chance to try it out on the road, but it seems all o.k.
Will need some strategic loops of velcro I think, to ensure the cable doesn't bounce about in the draught and become distracting, and allowing for quick/easy removal of the whole set up.
Allowed for full lock to lock movement and the possiblity of 2" risers in the future too.
It seems to be the alternative to a permanently wired option, and all in about £20.00.
I kept the 10A fuse in the 12v plug, and the 2A fuse in the in-line Zumo cable, just in case
