Well, I allmost had a "golden brown" experience this september in Westwater canyon, Colorado river north of Moab. Due to extensive rain in Colorado, the river was all but calm this day. Me and my buddy became "swimmers" in one of the rapids, and I can tell you that the Colorado river is cold and tastes like.... Mudd.

haha looks like you had a ball there. Don't think I'd fancy falling in that though..... makes the mersey look clean!
