You only ever hear about the shit ones... so I'm going to bust that trend!

I just want to give the team at Lloyd Cooper Kawasaki in Watford a big shout out. I recently bought Tessie my used 2011 GTR from them at an unbelievably good price, IMO.

After a week and a couple of cold mornings the front TPS low battery warning light came on. Well the bike was just out of manufacturers warranty but Lloyd Cooper replaced it for me gratis.

So a big thank you to them. I'm not sure if it was done as part of their 30 day guarantee or a gesture of good will but I was well chuffed, I've heard that the TPS' can be expensive little buggers to replace.

Anyway, this is a dealership that now has my confidence and is one which I will have no hesitation in buying from or using again or indeed in reccomending to others.

+1.....it does no harm to say thank you and to recognise good service

FYI TPC batteries can cost in the region of £200.00+ each to replace, o I reckon you were looked after very well there

Bought a few bikes of Chris at Lloyds coopers "Watford" over the years, nice guy  and if he can help he will  when I'm new bike hunting  I always ask Chris what's the very best deal he can do for me, I never bought my 2013 ZZR or my 2013 versys 1000 from Lloyd cooper because this time he could not better the deal I got from M.C.O at Wigan. but I would have no problem what's so ever buying from Chris at Lloyd cooper "watford"  providing he could beat the deal by at least £300 to cover my expenses and traveling time for the 400 mile round trip
getting on now...  but not as old as Rog or Geoff

Must agree with Dave, I have dealt with Lloyd Cooper twice, and on both occasions got a great deal and good service.
